Medidas de control. Sin perjuicio del deber de informar a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio y de la vigilancia que de oficio realice esta autoridad, la Superintendencia podrá, en cualquier momento, requerir al productor, importador, distribuidor o comercializador de un producto defectuoso para verificar la adopción de todas las medidas aplicables previstas en este capítulo y evaluar el resultado al que debe llegarse, fijar el plazo para alcanzarlo, y brindar las recomendaciones que considere pertinentes.
