Vigilancia Fiscal. La Contraloría General de la República y la Contraloría Departamental de La Guajira, ejercerán la vigilancia fiscal de la ejecución de los recursos cedidos de que trata el Capítulo II de la Ley 677 de 2001 y sobre todos los sujetos que en ella intervienen.

El control fiscal a cargo de la Contraloría Departamental de La Guajira se realizará sobre la ejecución de los recursos de FONDEG, exclusivamente y dentro del marco de su competencia, en el territorio de La Guajira.
