Servicios cinematográficos o audiovisuales. Son servicios cinematográficos o audiovisuales para los efectos de los artículos 9° y 14 de la Ley 1556 de 2012 y sus disposiciones modificatorias o reglamentarias, los siguientes:

a)

Servicios cinematográficos o audiovisuales: Actividades especializadas directa­mente relacionadas con la preproducción, producción y posproducción de obras cinematográficas o audiovisuales incluyendo servicios artísticos y técnicos su­ministrados por personas naturales o jurídicas colombianas domiciliadas o resi­dentes en el país;

b)

Servicios logísticos cinematográficos o audiovisuales: Rubros de hotelería, ali­mentación y transporte, necesarios dentro del proyecto cinematográfico o audio­visual.
