Las erogaciones derivadas para la aplicación de lo previsto en la presente ley deben sujetarse a las disponibilidades existentes en el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo y ser asumidas por parte de las entidades involucradas, con cargo a las disponibilidades presupuestales existentes, ajustadas al Marco de Gasto y el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo vigente de los respectivos sectores.
