Transcurrido el tiempo mínimo de reclusión fijado en el Código Penal, el juez, a petición del Ministerio Público, del Director del manicomio criminal, o de la colonia agrícola especial, del recluido o de sus parientes, resolverá, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 64 del Código Penal, la solicitud relativa a la cesación condicional de la reclusión.

Este incidente se tramitará como articulación.
