Vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de publicación y modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 2º, 3º, 6º, 16, 20, 21, 26, 30, 32, 39, 48 y 51 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 y el artículo 9º del Decreto 1737 de 2005, y deroga las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
