Un retrato al óleo del doctor Miguel A. Lengua será colocado en el salón de sesiones del Concejo Municipal de Mompós, y una placa de mármol que muestre en altorrelieve el retrato del benemérito médico, se colocara con la leyenda que redacte el Decano de la Facultad de Medicina de Cartagena, en el Hospital Santa Clara, de aquella ciudad.
