Artículo Segundo. Los empleados públicos docentes de las Universidades estatales u oficiales del orden departamental, municipal y distrital vinculados actualmente por el estatuto docente vigente de la respectiva Universidad, que no optaron por le régimen salarial y prestacional previsto en el Decreto 1444 de 1992, y aquellos que lo adicionen o modifiquen. Continuarán rigiéndose por el régimen salarial y prestacional que efectivamente se les reconoció y pagó hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1996, estos servidores tendrán derecho a un reajuste salarial del quince por ciento (15%).
