Una vez matriculada una mina en el Ministerio del Ramo, y expedida la correspondiente certificación al interesado, la Dirección General de Minas lo avisará al respectivo Intendente o Comisario Especial para los efectos del inciso 3º del artículo 5º de la Ley 13 de 1937. Los Intendentes y Comisarios especiales formarán año por año un libro de estos avisos, que debidamente empastados se conservarán en el archivo.
