Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para garantizar las operaciones financieras, abrir créditos, traslados y hacer las apropiaciones a que haya lugar, dentro de los Presupuestos de las vigencias de 1962, 1963 y 1964, a efecto de que la contribución de que trata la presente Ley sea entregada al Comité Organizador de los IX Juegos Atléticos Deportivos Nacionales.
