Artículo tercero. Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, serán Imputables al presupuesto de gastos asignado al Ministerio del Trabajo en el año en curso, para lo cual el Gobierno hará los traslados y abrirá los créditos adicionales necesarios.
