Art. 2.° La pensión o sueldo que, según el decreto lejislativo de 25 de junio de 1870, correspondía al militar de la Independencia Teniente primero con grado de Capitán, José Rodríguez, se continuará pagando a la viuda de aquel, señora Martina Añez, vecina de San José de Cúcuta, en los mismos términos en que se satisfacía al primitivo agraciado.
