Todos los empleados de las salinas que por la naturaleza de sus funciones puedan ser considerados como empleados de manejo, deberán prestar una caución, cuya cuantía determinará el Ministerio de Hacienda teniendo en cuenta la magnitud de los intereses de manejo de cada empleado.
