Artículo sexto. El Secretario-Pagador-Almacenista manejará las partidas asignadas en los artículos primero y segundo del presente Decreto, y, además, los productos del laboratorio, que se recauden de acuerdo con las tarifas que se establezcan legalmente por medio de una resolución del Director Departamental, aprobada por el Ministerio de Higiene. El producido de los recaudos del laboratorio será empleado en gastos de sostenimiento y ampliación del mismo, mediante resolución del Director Departamental.
