Artículo primero. Destinase el valor resultante del avalúo de los bienes indicados en los considerandos tercero y quinto del presente Decreto, al pago de acciones que el Gobierno ha suscrito en virtud de la Ley 93 de 1943.

Parágrafo

Procédase al avalúo de los elementos, a que se refiere este articulo, en los términos Indicados por el artículo 2° del Decreto número 1665 de 1942, para lo cual el Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias dictará la resolución correspondiente.
