º. Procedimiento de enajenación de la primera fase. La FEN ofrecerá las acciones a los destinatarios señalados en el literal a) del artículo 3º del presente decreto a través de oferta pública de venta que tendrá una vigencia de dos (2) meses y que podrá realizarse, según lo determine a su entera discreción, a través de una (1) o más bolsas de valores del país o utilizando otro mecanismo idóneo que garantice amplia publicidad.
