En caso de declaratoria del estado de sitio por conmoción interior, y para los efectos de la rescisión de actos o contratos viciados por la fuerza, se entiende que la violencia cesa el día en que se declare restablecido el orden público. No obstante lo anterior, la acción puede iniciarse antes de ese evento, si así lo prefiere el demandante.
