POR CONCEPTO DE SALARIOS. Los agentes de retención en la fuente deberán expedir anualmente a los asalariados, un certificado de ingresos y retenciones correspondiente al año gravable inmediatamente anterior, según el formato que prescriba la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales.
