º El artículo tercero del Decreto 2928 de 1982, quedará así: "Sin perjuicio de la distribución total de las nuevas colocaciones de que trata el artículo segundo de este Decreto, éstas no podrán exceder en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá del cuarenta por ciento (40%) a partir del 30 de junio de 1984. Se excluyen para el cómputo del cuarenta por ciento (40%) los créditos otorgados para vivienda de valor comercial hasta de 1.300 UPAC".
