Sanciones por incumplimiento de los deberes respecto de la relación docente. Por la inobservancia de lo dispuesto en los artículos 2.4.2.1.2.9 y 2.4.2.1.2.10 de este Decreto, se sancionará al rector del establecimiento con multas sucesivas de hasta cincuenta mil pesos hasta cuando se subsane la omisión.
