Los institutos de cultura militar se rigen por disposiciones especiales, y su personal será señalado de acuerdo con el Reglamento de Dotaciones. Dichos institutos dependerán del Ministerio de Guerra, así: Del Estado Mayor General, La Escuela Superior de Guerra; y de la Inspección General del Ejército, la Escuela Militar, La Escuela de Aviación Militar, las Escuelas de Suboficiales y las demás de esta índole que se organizaren.
