Responsabilidad del hogar beneficiario . En los casos en que no se efectúe la adquisición de la vivienda al vencimiento del término por el cual fue asignado el subsidio familiar de vivienda de que trata el presente capítulo, corresponderá al hogar beneficiario, en caso de continuidad del contrato de arrendamiento, asumir el pago total del canon, para lo cual podrá hacer uso de los recursos del aporte que no hayan sido desembolsados en el ejercicio de las garantías constituidas por el hogar para respaldar el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones.
