Modifíquese el numeral 2 del artículo 33 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “2. Indirectos: Toda persona que en desarrollo de su actividad haya intervenido de manera indirecta en el cumplimiento de cualquier formalidad, trámite u operación aduanera y en general cualquier persona que sea requerida por la autoridad aduanera. Serán responsables por su intervención, según corresponda, y por el suministro de toda documentación e información exigida por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) ”.
