Si el demandado se presentare a contestar la demanda, el Juez sentará por diligencia la contestación, llenando los requisitos prevenidos por el artículo 234, exigiendo para ello los datos al demandado.

Si se presentare contestación escrita, se agrega ésta a los autos y no se sentará diligencia.
