º Los trabajos de exploración y demás estudios de la vía San Vicente-Isnos-Paletará-Coconuco, la ejecutará una Comisión de Ingenieros formada por el personal que se nombra a continuación, con los siguientes sueldos mensuales: Ingeniero-Jefe, trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350), señor Alejandro Castillo; Ingeniero Ayudante, trescientos pesos ($ 300), señor Rafael Guzmán Navia; Dibujante, doscientos pesos ($ 200), señor Hernando Pinzón M., y Habilitado-Almacenista, ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150), señor Luis Eduardo Martínez.
