En caso de indisponibilidad absoluta del Operador en el curso de una travesía de un viaje, el Comandante o persona responsable de la estación de navío, autorizará temporalmente a un operador de un certificado insuficiente, a fin de asegurar el servicio radioeléctrico. El operador o la persona mencionados deberán ser reemplazados a la primera oportunidad por un operador titular con certificado reglamentario.
