Formato alternativo . Para efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 8° de la Ley 1712 de 2014, se entenderá por formato alternativo, la forma, tamaño o modo en la que se presenta la información pública o se permite su visualización o consulta para los grupos étnicos y culturales del país, y para las personas en situación de discapacidad, en aplicación del criterio diferencial de accesibilidad.
