Los Juzgados de Circuito continuarán conociendo de los ramos que están actualmente a su cargo; pero los Tribunales Superiores podrán acordar que dichos Juzgados conozcan conjuntamente de lo civil y de lo criminal, ó separar tales ramos y determinar el número de Jueces que destinan para cada uno de ellos.

Parágrafo

Los acuerdos que con tal fin y para mejorar la administración de justicia expidan los Tribunales, serán sometidos a la aprobación del Gobierno.
