Campo de aplicación . La financiación será otorgada a los profesionales de la salud que realicen programas de especialización en Instituciones de Educación Superior que tengan el carácter de Universidad y que durante su entrenamiento efectúen prácticas hospitalarias en una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud.
