El retiro de componentes anatómicos de un cadáver, para fines de transplantes u otros usos terapéuticos, será efectuado de preferencia por los médicos que integren el equipo médico de trasplantes. De la intervención se levantará un acta por triplicado, suscrita por los médicos participantes, en la cual se dejará constancia de los componentes retirados.
