Cuando un infractor sancionado con una multa no cancelare su valor dentro del término de la ejecutoria de la respectiva providencia o en el que ésta le señale, el funcionario judicial remitirá copia de la misma, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, al correspondiente funcionario de ejecuciones fiscales, quien la hará efectiva en beneficio del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, a quien se le remitirá copia de la providencia que ordena el traslado.
