El presente Decreto rige a partir de su publicación, subroga el Capítulo 3 y deroga el parágrafo 3 del artículo 2.2.14.1.31 y los Capítulos 4 y 6 del Título 14 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1833 de 2016, por el cual se compilan las normas del Sistema General de Pensiones.

Decreto 325 de 2022 · Por el cual se subroga el Capítulo 3, y se deroga el parágrafo 30 del artículo 2.2.14.1.31 del Capítulo 1 y los Capítulos 4 y 6 del Título 14 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1833 de 2016, y se regula el acceso, pérdida, priorización y valor del subsidio otorgado por la Subcuenta de Subsistencia del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional para las Ex Madres Comunitarias y Ex Madres Sustitutas que hayan desarrollado esta labor por un tiempo no menor de 10 años
