Seccionales. El fondo tendrá seccionales en todos los Departamentos del País y en el Distrito Especial de Bogotá., encargadas de cumplir, en el área respectiva, las funciones que adelante se determinan,
El fondo si las circunstancias lo justificaren, podrá crear Seccionales en las Intendencias y Comisarias, reglamentando su funcionamiento.
