Revocatoria de la habilitación . La entidad departamental o distrital de salud podrá revocar la habilitación obtenida mediante la inscripción en el Registro Especial de Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, cuando se incumpla cualquiera de las condiciones o requisitos previstos para su otorgamiento, respetando el debido proceso y el principio de la doble instancia.
