El inciso segundo del artículo 1.2.0.3.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará así: "La misma regla se aplicará sobre la persona que ejerza la gerencia de una sucursal de las entidades mencionadas. Sin embargo, a partir del 30 de junio de 1993, en relación con las atribuciones de los gerentes de las sucursales se aplicará lo previsto en los artículos 196 y 263 del Código de Comercio y la certificación sobre su representación se sujetará a lo dispuesto en el régimen general de sociedades".
