Las Determinaciones Que Tome El Consejo Profesional De Ingeniería Pesquera De Colombia, Cpip, En Ejercicio De Las Funciones Establecidas En El Artículo 11 De La Ley 28 De 1989 Se Adoptará Por Resolución Motivada, Firmada Por El Presidente Y El Secretario Ejecutivo

° Las determinaciones que tome el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, en ejercicio de las funciones establecidas en el artículo 11 de la Ley 28 de 1989 se adoptará por resolución motivada, firmada por el Presidente y el Secretario Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo 1

Contra la resolución emanada del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, procederá únicamente el recurso de reposición ante el mismo Consejo, en los términos establecidos en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.

Parágrafo 2

De toda reunión oficial del Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Pesquera de Colombia, CPIP, deberá quedar constancia en el acta que se levantará para los efectos pertinentes.
