Decreto 1125 de 1994 · por el cual se subroga el Decreto No. 1035 del 2 de junio de 1993 sobre la Distinción Nacional del Medio Ambiente

º . La Distinción Nacional del Medio Ambiente, será acreditada por medio de un diploma que contendrá el decreto ejecutivo que confiere la Distinción y en cuya parte superior llevará el Escudo Nacional y el Símbolo del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.

Parágrafo

Además del diploma, el Canciller de la distinción otorgará al acreedor de la misma, una escultura de vidrio color ámbar, representando un "Poporo" acompañada de una base en mármol de 10 por 10 cmts., a manera de símbolo alusivo al tema del medio ambiente.
