El Costo De Utilización De Las Sociedades De Certificación Estará A Cargo Del Importador, De Acuerdo A Las Tarifas Ofrecidas Por Dichas Empresas; Sin Embargo, Dicha Tarifa Nunca Podrá Ser Superior Al 1% Del Valor F

º El costo de utilización de las Sociedades de Certificación estará a cargo del importador, de acuerdo a las tarifas ofrecidas por dichas empresas; sin embargo, dicha tarifa nunca podrá ser superior al 1% del valor F.O.B. de la mercancía en puerto de embarque.

Parágrafo

Al momento de solicitar su inscripción, la Sociedad deberá acompañar a la misma una descripción detallada de sus tarifas.
