El Presupuesto de repetición deberá ser expedido mediante acuerdo de Junta o Consejo Directivo, refrendado por el Auditor Fiscal respectivo y aprobado por la Dirección General del Presupuesto, con el lleno de los requisitos indicados en el artículo siguiente.
