Material de envase. Los envases para leche higienizada deben ser de material tal que le confiere al producto una adecuada protección durante el almacenamiento, transporte y expendio, con cierre hermético que impida la contaminación y adulteración. Estos envases deben garantizar hasta el fin de su vida útil el mantenimiento de las características microbiológicas, fisicoquímicas, nutricionales y organolépticas de la leche según su proceso tecnológico y contenido de grasa, como se estipula en el presente reglamento. Los envases para la leche higienizada deben ser desechables.
