° Adiciónese el artículo 2.2.3.7.4.10. al Decreto 1073 de 2015, el cual quedará así: Artículo 2.2.3.7.4.10. Cesión del acto administrativo de la declaratoria de utilidad pública e interés social. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía podrá establecer la posibilidad y condiciones para la cesión del acto administrativo de declaratoria de utilidad pública.
