Auxíliase a los damnificados del Municipio de Istmina, en la Intendencia Nacional del Chocó, y al Municipio de Turbo, en el Departamento de Antioquia, con motivo de las inundaciones ocurridas recientemente, con la suma de setenta mil pesos ($ 70,000), que se distribuirán así: a) Para el Municipio de Istmina, con destino a los damnificados$50,000.00b) Para el Municipio de Turbo, para construir obras de defensa de la población contra las avenidas del río Turbo20,000.00
