Artículo tercero. En el punto de partida de la alinderación del polígono deberá el solicitante levantar un mojón estable que tenga grabada la marca o letra que distinga dicho punto en el plano y en la alinderación correspondiente. En la cartera de campo acompañada a la solicitud deberá el ingeniero topógrafo describir las referencias del mojón e incluir los datos necesarios para localizarlo fácilmente.
