° La Directora de la Escuela, con aprobación del Departamento de Protección Infantil y Materna del. Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, podrá repartir las sumas asignadas para gastos varios según el artículo 19 de ese Decreto, así como introducir modificaciones en la misma forma a tales asignaciones cuando las circunstancias lo impongan, sin exceder el total disponible.
