Art. 8.° Los jenerales, jefes i oficiales de la guardia colombiana que quieran calificar sus servivios, formarán la hoja de ellos con arreglo a ordenanza, i comprobarán los destinos i empleos con los nombramientos i despachos, i el tiempo que han servido en cada empleo, con declaracion jurada rendida ante el respectivo jefe militar que ejerza la jurisdiccion en el lugar en que esté el estado mayor jeneral, o de una division, con arreglo al decreto de esta fecha sobre el modo de certificar i declarar.
