Artículo sexto. Si no se hicieron en su totalidad los gastos mensuales, de acuerdo con las sumas asignadas en este Decreto, las cantidades sobrantes podrán ser destinadas a ensanchar y perfeccionar los diferentes servicios, mediante resolución del Médico Director, siendo indispensable la aprobación del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
