Los efectos anotados en el sobordo, que hayan sido desembarcados y por los cuales no se presenten manifiestos para su reconocimiento, se tendrán como abandonados a los seis meses de estar en la Aduana. Igual suerte correrán las mercancías que después de reconocidas y pagados los derechos de importación, hayan permanecido el mismo tiempo en dichos almacenes.
