°. Para poder desempeñar el cargo de instructor o profesor de que trata, el artículo anterior, se necesita reunir, los requisitos señalados en los artículos 22, 23, 24, 25 y 26 de este estatuto. Para poder desempeñar los cargos de Subdirector, Decano y Jefe de Unidad Docente o Investigativa se necesita, reunir por lo menos los requisitos que se señalan en este estatuto para ser profesor asociado.
