PROGRAMA DE SUPRESIÓN DE EMPLEOS. - La supresión de empleos o cargos, en los términos previstos en el artículo anterior, se cumplirá de acuerdo con el programa que apruebe la autoridad competente para ejecutar las decisiones adoptadas, el cual no excederá del treinta y uno (31) de diciembre de 1993.
