° Los Gobernadores de Departamento y el Intendente del Chocó, distribuirán a su vez la partida asignada a cada entidad por el artículo 1°, entre las Fiscalías, Tribunales, Juzgados Superiores y de Circuito existentes en las respectivas secciones, y los decretos que dicten serán sometidos a la aprobación del Gobierno.
